"Bad experience."

Very basic room. Very noisy I could hear the snoring from the next room and hear the door opened every time. The email from booking.com clearly stated that I can pay either in USD or in PEN but the staff did not agree to charge in USD. He converted the USD amount into PEN with a very high exchange rate and made me pay that. I asked a few times to pay in USD because he used too high exchange rate but he refused. Because we arrived late at night we had to accept it. Also, booking.com email stated that 18%VAT is charged to Peruvian citizen. But the staff added that to my bill stating it is commission fee. This is dishonesty and he basically forced us to pay. We will never come back or recommend this place. If it wasn’t late at night we would totally left for another place.
