Host was very friendly and always shoud be help of any situations! It was very important. This is accomodation - home with 3 rooms. I live in very small room, but all was clean and once of 2-3 days was cleaning in room.

When i am moved into the apartment, there was a guy and a woman living there who acted like they owned the place, constantly occupying the common area and being upset that someone else had moved in. It was very strange.

Similar to an Airbnb or homestay, this place felt very private and secure. I stayed in the dorm room and it was very quiet with comfortable beds. There is a kitchen you can use and nice seating area. I’d prefer this over a 12 bed dorm any day. When locating the property, wait outside the gate for the owner to let you in. Also great location.

Just be aware that the property is on the fourth floor if you have an injury or accessibility issues, and there is no elevator. Exiting the property after checkout is a little challenging because after leaving the keys inside, you have to open the front gate with a button, and you could be left at the mercy of whoever’s coming and going to get out. Overall great stay tho.

Really nice place, super central, the hosts were extremely kind too! I was alone so eventually I had the whole flat for me.

The only comment I might have is that it wasn’t very clean: a lot of dust everywhere! The room and bathroom were very clean but I could see that the lounge needed better cleaning. Apart from this I would still recommend and go again

I was very pleased with the kitchen and bathroom facilities, both of which were well thought-out and practical. The general cleanliness of the accommodation was also a plus. The quiet location contributed to a pleasant atmosphere, and having the apartment all to myself was an unexpected bonus. The Wi-Fi generally worked well, despite a few minor disconnections.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was extremely hard to find. There were no signs or doorbells, which made arrival difficult, especially since I was coming straight from the airport and had no way to contact the host. The accommodation also lacks a reception, further complicating communication. The listing's claim that the hosts spoke English was incorrect; they communicated only in Spanish. Another downside was the requirement of paying with cash only and the exact amount of the price since the host isn't there all the time.

Good location with walking distance to great restaurants. Nice room and bathroom.

I have a lot of problems with getting in the gate from the street. I had to wait 15 minutes to be let into the gate and building when I arrived. The host gave me the wrong key for the gate and I couldn't get in after dinner.

Everything was excellent! It was a shared apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, one shared bathroom, kitchen and common area. We were actually there alone so it was the perfect place for us to have some well needed rest. We ended up doubling our stay and would have trippeled it if we didn't have a non-refundable stay coming up afterwards. Everything was super clean, apartment is well ventilated, bed super comfortable and kitchen super well equipped! On top of it, the owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with (important since they will not be on site during your stay). Location was also nice. Quiet street, near supermercado and Metropolitano bus stop, and lots of nice eateries and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Only issue we found was that the acomodation doesn't exist on Google Maps, so the address indicated on booking was wrong - BUT the dot on the map here in booking is correct!
