Bliskość restauracji, osterii i pizzerii. Winda na piętro co bardzo ułatwiło poruszanie się z dziećmi, piękna i funkcjonalna łazienka.

Bardzo słaba komunikacja. Pan mówił niestety tylko po włosku, kilka słów po angielsku. Średni komfort jeśli chodzi o otoczenie, bo było bardzo głośno do późnych godzin - pod osterią długie i głośne rozmowy. Niedogadanie co do wymeldowania, chcieliśmy wyjechać po 8:00, niestety nie dało się, bo nie wiedzieliśmy jak oddać klucze, dopiero po 9 Pan był w osterii i udało się wymeldować.
