Sehr schönes Hotel mit Flair zentral in Venlo gelegen. Das Parkhaus/Parkplatz genau gegenüber. Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und wurden 2019 renoviert. Frühstück vollkommend ausreichend und konnte man nach Bedarf nachordern.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage sehr zentral. Die Betten sind superbequem. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Treppenhaus ist, wie schon von anderen erwähnt, nichts für Gehbehinderte, da sehr schmal und steil, wie häufig in den Niederlanden in alten Häusern. Aber der Rest ist super.
