Hosts excellent, Breakfast excellent, Room very good esp the shower and very clean.

we found the beds quite soft, but that is very much a personal view, the mattresses were large(deep), clean, and looked quite new.

Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. Felt important. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful comfortable well maintained modern room. Plenty of parking spaces on the property and off the main road. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. I am vegan although my wife is not, and Paul and Nicola ensured all my needs were met including a personal bottle of nut milk for the room which I kept in the room fridge. Outstanding

Great hospitality from Paul & Nicola The room was lovely and clean Spacious bathroom (disabled room I guess) Couldn't complain about the price (£100 including breakfast for three!!!) The breakfast was fantastic Paul is soooo funny and made us all laugh during breakfast Paul was very accommodating with our circumstances which we thanked him for. A true gentleman. We will definitely be staying again in the future when in Mablethorpe.

Alford doesn't offer anywhere to eat after 6pm. So you have to travel miles.

Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The en-suite shower room was spacious with a good, large shower. The breakfast was lovely!

The room was just lovely it was clean very up to date, the bed was really comfy we went on a very hot day (last minute booking at £99) the room had a fan, little basket with good quality drinks & biscuits, working mini fridge if required which we filled with water from nipping over the road to the coop. When we arrived we were met by Paul the owner a very nice helpful fun man, he told us to ring the old bar bell if we needed him, which we did the only problem we had my hubby couldn't find the tv button lol but I think he just wanted to ring the bell. I can't comment on what's a round as we arrived late but it seems very quiet which we didn't mind, but it was around 10/15 minutes to Chapel St Leonards so handy if in your car. You pay for the breakfast separate which is well worth the money it was wonderful one of the best we have had.

The only thing I didn't like was we couldn't stay another night lol!
