"Very mixed feelings"

The availability of the host. We had issues with the electricity and the heater and he came within 3 minutes. The main bed was comfortable. The sofa for the 3rd and 4th people creaked and mattress could be changed. Very nice bathroom. The host provides coffee, cereals, milk and others snacks for the breakfast. It was really appreciated.

We discovered on the chimney a bottle of wine with Hitler on it. We were shocked and it made us very uncomfortable. I noted the facility with 4 but it is hard to give a note after seeing the bottle. The facility was really fine but this discovery messed up everything.

"Exceptional"

I liked everything about this place you just can't fault it for one single thing. Roberto has thought of everything even if you need an umbrella! It's so stylish yet comfortable I could live here permanently.Roberto was very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely nothing I didn't like about it.

"Clean and new in a central location."

Great central location. On the Monday evening, the piazza was very lively. Everything was very new. You can see it has very recently been redone with lovely stone walls. Nice appliances including a washing machine that also has a drying cycle but it takes a long time and still leaves clothes slightly damp. Actually whole place had some dampness to it probably due to the spa in the basement. Very nice bathroom and shower. Good queen size bed. Paid street parking was easy to find.

Check-in was complicated since the address on this site is not the actual one of where we were staying. I think I understood that the owner has two properties and only the other one is listed. In any case, it did cause a delay and put a damper on the check-in experience It was unfortunate that the place next door was being redone on both days we were there with workers starting at 7am. At checkout time, we literally had to squeeze by the dump truck delivering stone in front of our door. Guess it’s the price to pay to stay in a gentrifying area!
