The views, the breakfast and location were excellent. Felt looked after . Parking was easy.

Such a comfy bed!

Lovely country setting, extreme quiet, comfortable house and great hosts.

Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice and attentive service. Rachel and Sid were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Stunning location. House and grounds were immaculate.

Creaky floors but it is an old house!

First class served in a splendid conservatory overlooking the canal . Everything freshly cooked having been preordered the night before.

Chambre très bien décorée et grande, avec vue sur la campagne et le canal. Balade le long du canal très sympa. Véranda pour les hôtes très agréable.

The owners were super friendly and helpful. Very well appointed bedrooms with some lovely touches. The bed was very comfortable and luxurious and the bath was a treat. Great facilities- I especially appreciated the drying room and guest fridge. The conservatory was v comfortable as a chill out space with lovely views over the camel and mountains. Breakfast was great- lots of choice well cooked and plentiful- set me up well for a hard days hiking. They were very helpful with tips for the best walks and knowledgeable about most of the main trails. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close to some lovely pubs and the town of Brecon. I can recommend the Gurkha corner Nepalese restaurant in Brecon for authentic Nepalese food.
