Room ok-ish, comfortable bed. But the shower is pretty small. Down the street there is a supermarket and also you are walking distance from the city center

There is no balcony in the room, even though there is one in the description of the room. You have a common area that you can use as a balcony to dry clothes or stay outside for some fresh air. When I mentioned this to the landlord, she said that in italy they consider having a window in the room is the same as having a balcony. Feelt like she is mocking me. Also, the breakfast is a joke, average coffee with capsules, nothing to eat except biscuits, butter and cheap marmalade. No cheese, eggs or vegetables. Even though there is a common kitchen, the stove didnt work in case you wanted to boil some eggs for example to eat in the morning. So I suggest to not include the breakfast option in the reservation, since you will end up buying breakfast from a restaurant or just go to the supermarket down the street for something to eat

italska snidane je smutny pribeh, ty prefabrikaty k jidlu snad nemuze nikdo chtit, to je jedina skoda

I přes jazykovou barieru majitelka vstřícná, čekala na nás, nemohli jsme najít... snídaně dostačující čistá pěkná koupelna, byli jsme spokojeni

Location, parking, balcony, shower are all great.

I would have preferred a better breakfast, everything was prepackaged, except bread rolls. No fruit. would rather pay a little more for a better breakfast. Back yard cannot be used due to be overgrown shame as it could be lovely. Some guests inconsiderate with noise, not fault of owners though.

Chambre et sdb confortables. Petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre très utile. Parking gratuit. La personne qui vient poser le petit déjeuner est très serviable. Hôte réactif.
