Firtree Bed and Breakfast at Galvelbeg House

Location was excellent, breakfast was amazing, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating

Only downside: parking onsite in the backlor can be tricky, especially if there's a lot of people staying there. Be cautious

Our hosts were fantastic. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and cosy. Location and parking were excellent.

The only downside was having to leave, would have loved to stay longer.

Breakfast was absolutely perfect and plentiful so much so I had to ask for a smaller plate. Could not fault the service or the cooking. I also had a lovely view from my table.

Nothing, everything in my estimation was perfect. Very comfy bed and again a lovely view over Strathearn to the Ochil hills.

Breakfasts were good with a choice being offered. Easy to walk into the town. Very good restaurant at 'G's. Early booking necessary.

All was as described

Excellent hosts with a fantastic property near everything that we needed, Aileen provided some excellent info on local walks and things to do. The welcome on the first afternoon was unexpected with a lovely pot of coffee & scones with homemade Raspberry jam well worth the drive for. I also made a little purchase of said Jams & Marmalades before we left. I can't wait to return with friends in the very near future but I will have to look at alternative dates as the house is full for the next few weeks & months

Welcoming and comfortable.. A good choice for breakfast. A good shower and facilities in the room. Great parking in the grounds.
