Clean and great location. Mosquito netting on the bed was good.

Staff woke me up every morning between 6-6.30 to sweep or water the plants outside of the room. No thought that the guests may want to sleep past this time. Frustrating

Everything walking distance to Warungs, Bars (Wot Not & El Toro) for bands every night, Town Centre, Markets etc. Apartment clean & comfortable. Kitchen equipped & clean. Beds and pillows so cozy. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for the first four days of our Bali trip. The host was helpful with motorbike rental and laundry, although we didn’t see her very often. Drinking water had to be purchased daily, as the bottle in the kitchen was empty. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a good size, and the balcony offered a large sitting area. There was also a kitchen, but we didn’t use it. And about the location, it took about 25 minutes on foot and 10–15 minutes by motorbike to reach the center.

Only a room without a mosquito net was available, so I booked it but asked in advance if a net could be arranged. I was told yes, but when we arrived there was no mosquito net in the room. Instead, we were told that there are not many mosquitoes here. While checking in, I got bitten several times, and after a long flight we had to spray mosquito repellent in the room, which made our first night a bit uncomfortable. During our stay, I also noticed mosquitoes, spiders, and ants in the room. If you are sensitive to insects, I recommend booking a room with a mosquito net.

The place is in a good location

The place is old and run down. The kitchen is dirty with cupboard doors broken and dirty inside. The bed only got changed when I asked. The rubbish bin did not get emptied every day. The linen is not white anymore... I stayed there because of the convenient location. I saw other guest came and looked and left immediately... I would suggest the owner upgrade, fix and clean the place properly. It is in such a good location.
