Abbiamo trovato un solo accappatoio pur avendo prenotato per due. Nel bagno mancava un posto dove appendere la tovaglia o l’accappatoio. Carta igienica con rotolo iniziato nella mensoletta bassa del bagno. shampoo e bagnoschiuma aperti.
ITLa posizione centrale eccezionale, il letto molto comodo, camera abbastanza silenziosa.
Le camere hanno bisogno di manutenzione e non c'era nulla per sistemare la valigia e i vestiti.
GBLocation was fantastic. Communication prior to check-in was good. Decor was lovely and modern. Beds were comfortable and despite the cold weather, the room remained a nice temperature. Cleanliness was great.
A few bits of damage to the room prior to our arrival. Most notable being that the door handle to the bathroom came off every time you pulled it to shut the door. There was a safe but it was inaccessible (as far as we could tell) The step by the doors in the entrance hall really needs to be marked around the edge with tape as the pattern on the tile makes it very difficult to see and therefore quite dangerous.

Confusing to get in really and it’s more of a big room inside a bigger apartment with other rooms but this wasn’t an issue in itself. The hot water does run out but it’s only an issue when a big group all need a shower

“The lift has been out of order, and since we’re on the 3rd floor it has caused quite a bit of inconvenience. The apartment administration hasn’t been very proactive in responding.”
