Nice hosts

Far too expensive for what it is

1. The cheapest accommodation around Trieste. 2. 20 min drive from Barcola public beach (Spiaggia pubblica di Barcola). 3. No crowds, no traffic jams, no noise. 4. Nice countryside cottage. 5. View at hills and the home gardens. 6. Very nice personnel - we received help in the morning with cleaning the dew from our car's windows in 5 sec. Thank you! ;-) 7. Very fast check-in and check-out. 8. Very good room temperature. 9. Part of the town, close to the petrol station and Lipica Stud Farm. 10. Many, many, many interesting TV channels. 11. Clean, neat, looks like we were in Austria or the UK.

The host was very welcoming and nice.

The rooms are very basic and poorly maintained. It appeared to be housed in the owner's basement!

Family atmosphere, friendly hosts. We have been staying olny one night, but we slept really well.

Very overpriced for a, sub standard apartment in comparison to other stays in the area. It was super expensive for what we got and it wasn't even in a tourist hotspot. Beds were uncomfortable

Breakfast was very good, location is optimal, the host was very nice and helpful.

The owner was friendly, but everything else was unacceptable for that price.

It was very dirty, with empty bear bottles under the bed and used food and drinks in the kitchen and fridge. My "Appartement" was seperated from the other apartement with a curtain-construction on the hallway, so that you basically shared the appartement and could hear the others.

Bad experience The stay didn´t meet the online description. No - private bathroom - private refrigerator - kitchenette Matras montering. Bad.

The hosts were so friendly and could not be more accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. I would definitely visit again.
