Very convenient location, close to the sea and walking distance to the city center

The wife and daughter tried their best to help but had no English or French. The room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of hot water.

The rooms are on a busy road. The shower head in room 2 was broken and the room smelled of cigarette. For some reason they were not able to take a card payment and requested cash.

Good location. Easy to find. After small wait, access was granted as negotiated. One sunny afternoon there was a brief moment to enjoy the rooms garden terrace. Must be enjoyable at a warmer season date. Landlord was giving positive interest over Bookings chat, questioning if any help needed. He only spoke and communicated in Italian, hence a bit of google translate required for messaging. Wifi was working intermediatly. All in all, I believe our review would be much better if our stay was at almost any other season time. As such, adequate for the price level for the extended weekend...Anzio pretty closed down regardless of accommodating provider. Epiphany weekend not High season, except for numbers of kite wing athletes.

Offered in price included so called breakfast was in practice a hot drink and a single pastry at a adjacent local cafereria. Friendly and nice staff there. Understandable since our stay very out of usual season, there was not central heating in building, meaning that room was a bit humid and bathroom was freezing if door mistakenly left closed over night, also not any possibility to get towels dried.. Otherwise there was a wall mounted ac unit which provided adequate heating also...again not a serious fault, but enough to mention. Luckily there was one sunny afternoon, assisting some towel drying.

Close to be beach and train

Small room. 2 extra beds vi did not ask for/wanted. Owner did not speak english and was hard to reach. We said he would bring us breakfast the first morgning but did never show up. Next days breakfast was in a cafe a bit away. Only coffe and a croissant for tot 3 eur. We needed to buy additional breakfast. No chairs or table in the room. The padio outside was nice but had no furniture so we could not use it. The bedcover was dirty. The tv-remote had no bateries. Overall not good, and waaaay overpriced for what you get.
