Room was great, beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Rob was able to extend our stay due to the ferry being cancelled. His recommendation of The Bear Cross pub was great, it is only a short walk away and has an excellent menu and a good selection of beers.

Absolutely nothing!

Quiet cul-de- sac location. Ample on road parking. Mr Apps was welcoming, and explained where everything was. The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom next door. There was tea & coffee making facilities. More decaffinated choices would've been good. A fridge was in the cupboard. Breakfast was wholly adequate. I opted for the continental/ cereal choice, with plenty of fresh fruit avaliable to have, and indeed, take away for my journey. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

The stairs to the room could be a problem for less mobile folk. More choice with the tea and coffee selection, and point out where all the bits and bobs were. Minor details, which didn't impact my stay.

No water glasses but just a suggestion

The bedroom, bathroom wasn’t clean and bedsheets there were covered in food crumbs and hair. They wasn’t being charged from previous uses. We have to sleep on the top of the bed 😞
