Martin is a wonderful host! We had the family room (children ages 10 and 14) and it had everything that we could wish for. So many small details where you could see that somebody had thought it through. The beds were comfy and the breakfast great. Also, Martin gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. The food was really good! If we are ever in that area again we would book this room again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Perfect stopover for us on trip to Brownsea Island. Huge continental breakfast spread with loads of options, far more than we could possibly eat! Complimentary mini fridge of drinks. Martyn was a great host and clearly a lot of thought had gone into giving guests everything they could need. Parking on street at property in quiet cul-de-sac.

Location was fine for us but in the suburbs so not many eatery options nearby. The one pub within walking distance was fine but if you wanted more options you'd need to drive.

The location was the most important factor for us as we were visiting friends 5 minutes walk from there. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious, private and all the extras in the room and toiletries in the bathroom meant all our needs were met.

Nothing not to like. First time staying somewhere where we didn’t have a key to enter and leave but no issues even when getting back late or leaving early.
