Fatima is a wonderful host and kept the place very clean and made a nice breakfast for the guests every morning even though she was fasting. Also, the water in the bathrooms had plenty of good water pressure and never ran out of hot water.

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the best place to stay because you will hear everything. The acoustics in this house are quite poor so you can hear the conversations outside the room in the common areas and even the neighbors upstairs. Also, the wifi was not reliable or strong so if you need good Wifi you might want to stay elsewhere. But other than these issues it was a decent stay.

Great location, nice clean room, you can choose time of your breakfast. Nice value for the money.

There is no sign on the door. The address on booking is correct, however impossible to find because the owner sent wrong directions on the message (is said you should go to the blue street - there is no blue street, teverything is white). So if you want to find this place, go to the street mentioned on booking and ring on the door number 17 :) And yes, the walls are thin, so if someone goes out everyone gets woken up.

Managed by two really kind women. it has a good location, in the medina and at the same time it’s close to the one door through which is possible to walk to the newer city (we were dropped out there by the taxi driver).

We didn’t expect shared bathrooms (2 in the house), but since there are only four rooms in the Riad, it was still okay to manage and to not overlap with the other tourists. The only negative aspect was the loudness: since our room had kind of open windows on the upper part of the wall (similar to a hole in the wall) we heard basically everything from outside and since there is a big salon in the middle of the house, all noises rumbles and we awaked pretty easily in the evening as other guests arrived or in the early morning when the women were preparing the breakfast.

there's not hot water, the staff can't speak a word in English so is hard to communicate, even if the woman was very kind.

This is the second time I stayed here . It was neat and clean . staff is very nice and kind. good breakfast

Breakfast was great, as was Fatima Zara, the lady who made it each morning. She also took care of the daily cleaning. The location was convenient.

It took 40 minutes for someone to show up at the property to give me access. The nightly taxes they charged amounted to another ~30% on top of the Booking.com price, all for the exasperation of staying in the tiniest room I've rented in Africa. The lock on the door was laughable so I ended up carrying around my passport and valuables every time I left the property.

There was a problem with Dar Ibrahim being overbooked, so we were offered a spot at their other property for the same price (Riad Najiba), and our stay there was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were extremely comfy. Additionally, the staff was great - a special shout out to Aissa for being so kind and helpful - thank you !

It is really a good place to rest, with good service. Ms. Fatiha showed kindness and great hospitality. It was nice to deal and talk with her.

Don't expect to sleep well here. You will hear every opening and closing of other residents' doors - this went on till 2am and started again at 7. Riad has no exterior marking and not in a blue street as stated. No answer when I rang. Luckily neighbour helped. No eggs or juice for breakfast - very basic. Compared to others, not good value.
