We got transferred to another property as this one was overbooked, The new property was at a great location, the room was fantastic, the toilets as well, clean and perfect, big and rich breakfast! Raid Palais D’Or is a new place where we have been accommodated.

Very sweet staff & nice breakfast.

Bathrooms were not clean and stank a little. Also, there were cats living in the hotel, which we didn’t know beforehand (allergies). One of them pooped in the shower and the common area smelled like catlitter.

The place was very well located and the service of Youssef and Sanae was wonderful. We were very well informed in case of any change and received good suggestions about Rabat. The breakfast was very good and satisfying.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the medina, close to many attractions and shops. The riad is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a cozy lounge. The owner was very kind and helpful, she welcomed us on the first day and asked us what time we wanted breakfast, which we could choose between 9 and 11 am. The next day, the breakfast was amazing, with fresh meloui, bread, eggs, Moroccan tea and coffee. On the last day, we could have breakfast later and they also let us keep the key to leave our luggage and pick it up later, as we had a flight back at night. Everything was perfect, but especially the friendliness of the owner and the lady who prepared the breakfast. We would stay there again, without thinking twice.
