Le Terrecotte Sutri

This B&B is located on the Via Francigena opposite the Etruscan tombs in Sutri. The room we were given had a sitting/ dining area and kitchen downstairs and a double bedroom upstairs with an open mezzanine double room leading from it up a steep ladder . The property had its own entrance but was next to the main B&B.

The room was dusty & dirty and needed a spring clean. There was a plastic mattress protector on the bed which made the bed sweaty. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe and was disappointing in quality and quantity. Despite advising management on 2 separate occasions that we would be arriving between 3& 4pm we were left waiting outside the property for 15 minutes to be let in.

Good location , and host was very friendly.

Compared to many other stays we have in our 4 weeks of travel, the services were a little light. Room could have been cleaner, was a little outdated and little things like no mugs for tea were a small disappointment after a long day on the VF. Breakfast offered at the Cafe up the road was also a little below what we had gotten used to

Great location. Charming facility and very comfy. Convenient to Via Francigena. Breakfast at nearby Cafe included and very nice.

Everything was great!

My room was pretty, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, a typical Italian breakfast with delicious fresh food. The B&B is in a really nice location and has a noce parking lot. Everything worked great!

The room and property was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable.They even had satalite tv with international news station. The breakfast was delicious with the best fresh squeezed orange juice Ive ever had in my life. Yes, all these are great, but what I enjoyed most was the wonderful owner/host. Antonella is a lovely, and genuinely kind and caring person,not to mention a great cook too.Despite the language barrier we were able to converse and share stories as if we're close friends. She is what made my stay extra special.

That I couldn't stay a little long. Other than that, perhaps the shower. There was plenty of hot water, but it took a lot of experimenting with the different knobs before I finally figured it out.

Close to the unesco site just cross the road .The breakfast very good and delicious, with homemade cake.

We booking for 4 persons and got attice room , very lovely but stair to climb made from 1-inch round steel it very hard to climb up and down to the toilet at night, should be changedto be wood or wide stairs step.

Located just off the main road (think we were expecting somewhere a little more rural from the photos). We were given the choice of rooms which was appreciated. The place was spotless and breakfast was great.

Located next to a busy road. After one shower we had only tepid water which happened twice both in the morning and evening which was frustrating.
