The location was amazing! Right on the beach with some of the most spectacular views. Love that they had kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use. Breakfast was very good and plenty for two people. Very relaxing and beautiful grounds. Very helpful hosts if you have any questions about how to get around the area.

Maybe offer a discount on taxi rides or other forms of transportation to get into downtown tulum. Maybe a shuttle ride once a week would be a good idea

Location by the beach. Individual units (main floor or upstairs) not in one main building. Upstairs units have large private balconies. Downstairs units have small patios Friendly staff.

Continental breakfast not good. For that price it shouldn't be so. - one small croissant & one small donut for 2 guests the first morning. No jam or butter for croissant. Also not fresh. The pastries the first 2 mornings came cold. 3rd morning the pastries were warmed up a bit. - never heard of being asked to use the coffee machine in the room to make my own coffee when "breakfast is included". Why not bring a carafe of hot coffee?? - the juice were thin and not very good. Could provide fresh orange juice or pear or guava or mango or pineapple etc. - besides the bad pastries, thin juice, there were some cut up fresh fruits and a little cereals. - Continental breakfast doesn't have to be like that. Stale pastries can be reheated 15 seconds in the microwave. Can even provide hard-boiled eggs, or toasts, or banana bread, a hot carafe of coffee. - also the wifi was weak and sometimes stopped working. Could be due to effect of wind moving the trees disrupting the radiofrecuency. - the hotel does not have a restaurant so we had to go to hotels nearby with restaurants.

Calm location right on the beach, spacious and confortable room.

Alles, es ist ein kleines Paradies dort, richtiges "Schmuckstück" direkt am feinen Sandstrand. alles ist sehr schön durchdacht dekoriert. die Chefin macht das SUPER. sehr zum empfehlen

A bit too far away from Tulum center but because of that, it is very chill and quiet

Zimmer, ganze Anlage. Nebendran gibt es ein Restaurant. Alles ist sehr ruhig.

Man muss einfach wissen, dass es Steine im Meer gibt.
