Awesome location and clean large room with good bathroom

No free water provided. No parking available. Only serving breakfast from 9am onwards is absolutely ridiculous given tourists like to start their days early

Breakfast wasn't served until after 9 am, and the bar/restaurant was closed in the morning, so I couldn't get a coffee. Additionally, the cleaning lady didn't speak English, so I decided to have breakfast elsewhere since I had to be at the airport by 11 am.

The location

The room is dark, there were no hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom, there was a used cleaning towel at the bathroom when we entered. Also there was a small un noticed stair at the exit of the bathroom on which we fell and got pretty good hit twice.

The location was great and it was easy to find.

Located on a beautiful square in the Old Town of Zadar, it was lovely to wake up each morning to the sounds of the bells from St Simon's Church, throw open the windows and listen to the sounds of the square as everyone got going.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed every couple of days, which was OK but every day would have been better.

The room was amazing. Beautiful interior. Very clean, made to a high standard. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple.

The owners' restaurant is located downstairs. Delicious food. The service was very nice and helpful.

We stayed in Room 1. Very beautiful suite overlooking the plaza. Room was clean and everything was provided in the room. The room is also convenient to everything. The breakfast downstairs was amazing along with the other food they have there. Definitely would come back.

Shower almost did not work, bearly took shower. If you want a calm morning will not get it as all sorts of cleaning services is making big noise from 5.30am on even on Saturday. Breakfast not possible before 9.00am so if you have to leave earlier you have to ask when breakfast is served as you do not get info.

Excellent location in old town. Comfortable studio apt, charming small balcony. Great breakfast provided by Konoba Skoblar, which has friendly, accommodating staff. Great restaurant for Dalmatian lunch & dinner too.
