Coron Residencia de Rosario

Stayed here for a good week, location is excellent with it being close to the shops, banks, restaurants and bars. But it wasn’t busy or noisy since you enter a courtyard/common area to get to your room, which means it is somewhat private. They also arranged van transfers from the airport which was very convenient, I recommend you book it through them as well.

There’s definitely some room for improvement. 1. There were no windows in my room which made the room very dark during the day and can prevent some air flow as well. It’s good for sleeping but on days without tours, I find myself just going for a stroll instead of staying in the room. 2. Shower drain is painfully very slow. 3. Aircon is loud and manual so adjusting the temp requires you to step on a chair to reach it. I lowered it since it was set to Max when I arrived 😄 Everything else is tolerable.

hot water was busted on the second day but the owner quickly responded to that, the door in our shower cabin was broken, small bed for two but that's everywhere in the philippines
