I think due to language misperception, our request for accommodation with no stairs, was misunderstood .This is not the hotel to choose. for an elderly couple, with difficulty to negotiate stairs,The restaurant was excellent.The view was beautiful, the hotel room was not cleaned, beds were not made.

The non-service

Beautiful accommodation and stunning views. Really good restaurant on site and excellent breakfast.

Not easy to find and staff not always interested in helping out. Would have loved a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

This apartment has pretty gardens outside and there is a small table and chairs to enjoy it. There is a children’s playground attached to the restaurant which is next to the apartment so at dining times expect children playing in front of the apartment There is a good view over the city. The accommodation is a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was in the main hotel and buffet style with a selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, yoghurt, cereal and cakes. Access to the accommodation is up a steep narrow road and the car park gets busy when the restaurant is open but we managed to park. We felt the price was very reasonable for the stay and would stay again.

The bathroom has a bath but only a hand shower with no curtain or partition so a proper shower isn’t possible. At breakfast some items had run out and not been replaced.
