La posizione in alto, domina le colline, pace e silenzio, piscina bella e ampia, bel campetto da calcio per giocare con i bimbi, proprietaria super cortese e attenta, ci ha aiutato a ordinare la cena in struttura ed è sempre stata disponibile, camera bella sia nella struttura dell hotel che nella bolla, stellata fantastica di notte direttamente dal letto

Shame on me I didn't read properly the reviews, but look how many there are for addressing the fact that the owners are rude, abruptly,  and they are making money without providing a service, as they are cancelling on various nonsense reasons. They are calling these rules, but they have not empathy to the people that are driving miles to have a nice holiday and create memories with their children and families.  These are just a few, people that have been in the same situation left with no money, or bad experience,  that had to book something else in the middle of the night or ended up in hospital! This is unacceptable.  I ask Booking to step in this matter, as they are clearly robbing people, I don't know why you are still keeping them on the website. I know they pay you their fees from their bookings, but you should also step up for your customers when someone is abrupt,  violent,  and you have the proof from their answers too.  You should stop their access on being on Booking, as they are calling having a business,  but getting money and cancelling last minute blaming only the customers.
