Outlander Boutique B&B ONLY ADULT Delux Room

Breakfast was really excellent.

It was very difficult and expensive to change our original reservation from a Tuesday to a Wednesday, either 6 weeks in advance. Had to go through corporate 2 times, phoning from overseas because no one answered email, anywhere. Finding direct contact information was challenging.

Beautifully furnished very comfortable room, bed was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, fresh and lots of variety, even homemade bread and jam.

Lovely host and a beautifully appointed house with lots of thoughtful touches. Very close to a pub with good food

The backlight on the front door entry system wasn't working which made it very difficult it read the numbers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep

The room and facilities were very good. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

The stay was very impersonal. Entrance to the guest house and the room is by key code, so you don't actually meet anyone till breakfast in the morning. There are loads of instructions of what not to do. It is far too much and just creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Please cut back on this and trust your guests. The communication prior to the stay and all these instructions during the stay are very forthright in the language used. It doesn't come across in a friendly manner. I presume that most of that is because English is not the host's first language.

Clean and owner was there if you needed her but not overwhelming. Breakfast was big and good.

This B&B was absolutely perfect and our host was so kind. The provided breakfast was one of the best we had in Scotland. Stop looking anywhere else for accommodations in Cruden Bay and book this place already!!
