Great location, not far from centre of town. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bottle of Prosecco and welcome tray was well stocked. Owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again!

"Lovely stay in Frome"

Very warm welcome, room was well equipped, spacious and spotless. Lovely extra touches like fresh milk for tea, biscuits and a glass of fizz. Nicki is so friendly and helpful. The room was quiet despite there being other guests and I had a great sleep!

For me, the bed surface was lacking a bit of padding so I slept wrapped in the duvet!

Nikki and Tim are absolutely fantastic hosts, they are so chatty and have so much knowledge about the local area. We really enjoyed our stay, the property has great parking availability, the room felt clean and private and breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh fruit! Thank you Nicki and Tim!
