Can't fault anything

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your bed and breakfast. Due to a late-night music event, I arrived to find the building locked and inaccessible, forcing me to seek alternative accommodations. Furthermore, upon my return at 7:30 AM, I discovered my room unlocked and my belongings removed. I will not be returning to your establishment and advise others against doing so.

Breakfast was excellent. Nicki was welcoming and runs a tight ship. Cleanliness of the room could not be faulted, and the provision of refrigerated fresh milk, prosecco and water a nice touch.

Host very pleasant and welcoming. Good location for town centre. Nice healthy breakfast.

A little expensive

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were visiting an old friend. Nicki welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, as though she’d known us for years. Her home radiates comfort and care, and the conversation flowed so naturally—full of thoughtful insights and gentle laughter. Breakfast was a true delight, the perfect way to start the day with a sense of calm and joy. We may have only just met her, but it felt like coming home. We will definitely return.

Extremely friendly owners, make you feel very welcome and comfortable! Would definitely recommend! Area felt safe and property was easy enough to find. Range of selection for breakfast and you were able to choose what time you would like you breakfast and if you’d like the heating hotter or cooler. We stayed here to visit longleat safari park and the property was only a 12 minute drive which was ideal and it’s in a great location for other tourist sites.

We stayed 2 nights and liked that the BnB is in a quiet residential area with good parking aspects. Frome Centre was only a mile away but we didn't have time to visit. The ensuite room was comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was good. The owners were very hospitable and we have no hesitation in a return stay, highly recommended.
