Everything, Friendly hosts, clean large beautiful room and bathroom. Great breakfast. The location is stunning!! Would visit again any time .

Wir hatten im Altquhur Byre einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das B&B liegt etwas abseits, weshalb es ruhig und perfekt zum abschalten geeignet ist. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und der Kontakt außerordentlich freundlich. Parken kann man direkt im Innenhof, dazu bei der Anreise das Holztor öffnen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und waren sauber. Was uns sehr gefreut hat war, dass es sowohl die Möglichkeit für ein veganes Frühstück als auch für selbstgemachte vegane Pizza am Abend gab. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the bed and breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. Carolyn was very welcoming, friendly and gave great tips for the area. Especially after a long day walking the west highland way it was everything we wished for, the breakfast in the morning was also fantastic and felt very homely. All in all it was without a doubt the best accommodation we stayed at on the route.

It is still a bit of a walk to Drymen (about 20/30 min), so plan accordingly if you are walking the west highland way.

The owners are delightful. Even brought me a foot massager after our all day walk. The property is clean, accommodations nicely furnished. Very health oriented; offering homemade shower products. The place smelled wonderful. Our room had tea set up ready with a homemade delicious snack. Breakfast left us ready to conquer the day after porridge, fresh hardboiled egg, Toast and delicious marmalade, yogurt wth granola, with coffee( or tea), and juice. The shower is FABULOUS. I cannot say enough good about our experience.
