Breakfast, flexible when you can eat it, relaxed attitude of host which I valued. Breakfast well organised, the right quantities of everything to eat and drink,

No shed or shelter for my bike at night - really a very minor matter. The owner very helpfully priovided d a plastic sack for me. Very neat and tidy garden, area, nice and secure for the bike.

convenient, comfortable, quiet. invited to bring takeout to breakfast room. DIY breakfast ideal and good quality.

hadn’t realised last check in time was 7pm so got a wee telling off.
