The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Felt really special

On Sunday i was attending a concert in the evening and left around 5 and i told them i will be out. I was back by 10 and was locked out. The key i was given could not open the door, i tried calling the number no response i was stranded outside for almost an hour and i finally noticed that the gate to the back was unlocked went around the back and the back door was unlocked. As much as this saved me it is also a security breach because a buglar could just jump the wall and enter the residence if the back door is left unlocked. The owners must make sure that there is an emergency number because you cant just have a landline that stops working after working hours
