"DO NOT BOOK with Burnham house B& B. They are rude & u will run around for a refund"

Everything was fine Day 1& 2. The problem started day 3 when I reported the aircon not working. Upon investigation they could not determine what was the issue & assumed it was load shedding surprisingly they told me all the other aircons in other rooms were functioning. When I told the lady named Jeanette to move me to another room she kept on saying she is waiting for someone to come check the aircon. We finally agreed that I will book another place somewhere else & she ( Jeanette will facilitate the process of my refund the next Monday. By Wednesday I had not received a call from Jeanette. When I followed up with her she was very rude on the phone. DO NOT BOOK with Burnham house B&B. They promise to refund & now they are very rude on the phone.

I received a warm welcome from Jeanet and the check-in process was very efficient. I received an upgrade on the room I booked and was able to enjoy a lovely sea view from my balcony, which was a much appreciated bonus.

The WiFi wasn't that good and the DSTV remote in my room was broken.
