ペット連れにやさしく制限がないこと うちは中型犬一匹連れて行きました

オーナー、ママさんが英語なので少し会話のやりとりに気を遣う必要あり （ただ、私の家族は英語のコミュニケーションを子供にも経験してもらう目的もありました）

"2度と行きたくない！"

愛犬を連れての初めての旅行で楽しみにしていました。 旅行の2日前に宿から直接電話とメールがあり、いきなり宿泊先変更の提案をされました。 理由が書いていないので事情を説明してほしいと返事をすると、宿泊客が私達だけなこと、施設設備に修繕が必要なためだと知り、やむを得ず宿泊先の変更を了承しました。 紹介された宿泊先のキズナロッジは犬に知識のあるスタッフがいて、とても良い所だと教えてもらいましたが、実際は全然違いました。 当日私はスタッフからいきなり罵倒され、抱いていた愛犬を取り上げられ、放り投げられました。 おかげで愛犬は怯え、警戒し、眠れず、私達も怒りと心配でその日は一睡も出来ませんでした。 私達は犬のしつけ教室に来たわけではありません。 実生活でも人からこんな理不尽な対応をされたこともありません。 本当に残念な旅行になりました。

"Must stay for dog families"

Everything! The rooms were clean and comfy. Being able to bring our dog with us was awesome, but the level of dog accommodations blew me away. Dog beds, bowls, towels to wipe their paws. The breakfast was so delicious and the property managers were so kind and accommodating. The yoga studio was amazing and it was the perfect retreat. I can’t wait to go back!
