"Great and comfortable stay at Panketo Lodge for both humans and furry pets."

Nice and cozy lodge. Our private room was big enough to have a pop up play pen for our dog and room for our luggage. Shared living room area was nice and clean and cozy.

The Lodge is so beautiful and cozy, Hiro was very helpful driving us around all the time and the breakfast was amazing everyday. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It really felt like home.

Bed wasn't that comfy but not bad.

当初、パンケトロッジに宿泊予定だったが、同じ日に大学生の集団が宿泊するという事で、直ぐにペンケパンケロッジに変更してもらえた。対応が早かった。 　昨年も同じ時期に宿泊をしたが、とても落ち着く事が出来た。

私は英語が苦手なので、スタッフと上手くコミュニケーションが取れなかった。 　車のカギがフロントに置きっ放しになっていて、少々無用心に思った。

あらかじめ予約した後から、後日団体が入ったため、関連宿に移動をスムーズにやっていただいたのはありがたいと思います。

部屋はとてもかび臭く、水漏れがあった。部屋に入ったので体調が悪くなりました。
