Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück und Essen, optimale Lage. Am Guesthaus könnten auch gleich ganz unkompliziert Roller ausgeliehen werden. Rückfahrt nach Phnom Penh organisiert.

Betten etwas hart..

Sprzyjające położenie hotelu, blisko centrum, ale w spokojnej dzielnicy. Blisko spacerem do centrum miasta i nad rzekę. Możliwość wynajęcia skutera w bardzo korzystnej cenie i zrobienia prania. Śniadanie proste, ale dla mnie optymalne :)

Na parterze obecny jest grzyb na ścianach/ suficie, czuć było zapach stęchlizny w powietrzu momentami. Ale w pokojach nie było go.

Aircon in the room worked well. Coffee making facilities and fridge in room. Hot water for shower.

Booked this hotel based on the large amount of very good reviews. It was unfortunately not what we expected or was described. The room we were given, had mouse droppings on one of the towels (!) so we suspected a mouse had visited our room, or was still in the room. They luckily had another room which we were able to change to. Locks in room doors are stiff and doors don’t properly shut unless you lock it shut. The bathroom is a wet room but tiny, which means that after someone’s had a shower, both the sink and toilet are wet, and cannot use until dry. Everything metal in the bathroom has turned rusty because of how wet they become when the shower is used. Water pressure in the shower was also inconsistent. The hotel itself as well as rooms have lots of areas of mould on the walls. The breakfast is only a la carte, with limited options and the portion is rather small. The staff appeared to be friendly but none of them spoke english so was hard to communicate. Reception was mostly unmanned so if you needed something, you had to wait around until someone appears.
