The location is central and close to the sea, the rooms are spacious, bare in mind, the toilets are shared and outside of the room.

The breakfast was really nothing special and served in the darkest part of the restaurant.

The breakfast and the location were good. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Very convenient to walk to the walled part of town.

We liked the attentive and welcoming staff, the spacious room, the ideal location and attached restaurant with a fantastic breakfast. Thanks for having us!

Making the two single beds into a double bed with a mattress top or a foam wedge would have made the stay perfect. Shampoo and conditioner would also be very welcome.

Comfy and nice add-ons (joint little pantry and seating area)

It was very clean and the staff was amazingly friendly. I arrived in the evening and the chef went out to get some special food for me for the breakfast as I am a vegetarian, which was more than I had ever expected. It was a very warm day and my room was very hot when I arrived but I was fortunate to have an AC so my sleep was the best for a long time. :)

Nothing. I think this place might not be the best for people with difficulties to walk due to some stairs.

Small and cozy. Nice location by the harbour. No in-room bathroom but shared in the corridor which worked just fine. Wonderful breakfast cooked on the spot by the owner. Very friendly. Great steakhouse and pub on the bottom floor. Will definitely stay again next time I pass by Kalmar.

No complaints. Internet password was misspelled in the room info folder which caused some initial panic(!) as the owner was off duty in the evening. But the pub staff were very helpful and the problem was eventually resolved alright :-)
