Breakfast excellent, Service good. Glad of the secure parking and for being thoughtful with my lack of good mobility

While we had the aircon fan on perhaps a fan would have improved the ventilation

My room ,toilet with shower ,the breakfast in the morning sea breeze and the singing of birds that make me think

Nothing but we didn't get a chance to swim on the pool it was windy

Jeff the manager was very helpful and friendly and provided nice breakfast, room very adequate for my needs with small porch area, garden was fine to sit out, car parking fine maybe bit tight if hotel bizzy..location actually fine with good access to shops and sight seeing although quite bear bizzy main road, overall pleasant stay..

Probably the road noise outside room although quiet inside it was fine....quite steep slope into car park but pretty secure to..

This was modern and ridiculously comfortable — the first spot on our trip that actually felt like a treat. The layout was great, everything just worked, and yes, having a TV was a bonus (my boyfriend was very, very happy to catch some soccer). Jeff was just effortlessly a great host. I honestly wish I’d leaned on him more for tips on what to do locally — rookie mistake. Breakfast hit the sweet spot — cozy, satisfying, and exactly what you want to start the day. Highly recommended!

Awesome friendly owner and staff! Quiet modem room with a beautiful shower and bathroom. Air-conditioning was so quiet and so effective, on a hot and muggy weekend. Comfortable bed with crisp sheets - just a perfect weekend stay. And, if you are a cat lover, they have a sweet outdoor cat. We will return!
