Lisbon Garden Boutique Guest House

La proprietà si trova vicino al centro di Lisbona in un quartiere carino. La stanza era buona con un ottimo materasso. Per quanto riguarda il personale, Joao è stato super efficiente e si è rivelato una persona cordiale ed ha reso il soggiorno in questa struttura un plus. Hanno un’ottima terrazza in cui ci si può rilassare.

Avevo chiesto ad un ragazzo se avevano degli asciugacapelli e mi è stato risposto che sono tutti rotti e che stavano aspettando che arrivassero quelli nuovi. È inaccettabile che non ne abbiano a disposizione nemmeno uno in una struttura del genere anche perché il costo di questi è basso. Purtroppo quando il giorno seguente ho chiesto spiegazioni a Joao per quanto riguarda gli asciugacapelli, lui mi ha detto che li hanno e me li ha mostrati. Devo dire che il resto del personale non è per nulla all’altezza di Joao e l’atteggiamento del primo ragazzo che inizialmente mi aveva detto di no all’asciugacapelli mi ha infastidito molto. Una delle docce del primo piano era intasata e l’acqua non andava giù. Manca sapone e shampoo nelle docce che credo sia indispensabile. Il sistema d’entrata in cui bisogna suonare per farsi aprire è noioso perché spesso si sente il suono durante la notte quando uno desidera solamente riposarsi.

The room was clean, the beds were not too soft and the staff was ok.

We could not sleep because of the noise from the street- it is located directly above a restaurant. There the people very loud until later than midnight. Furthermore cars and trucks are passing by all the night, even between 12 pm and 5 am- so we needed to have windows closed all the time but still it was too noisy. And all guest ring the bell to ger back in the night. So from time to time beside all other noise we heard „dingdong“ and people coming up the stairs … really nasty, i you want to sleep. The public bathrooms were not very clean- first of all the dustbin for toilet paper was really far away from the toilet, secondly the sink in the shower was stuck, so that all the old dirt came up.

It was spotless and the kindness a d service of the staff

Our room was a bit noisy, we could hear the sound of people calling on the phone and if there were people in the garden we could hear everything

I stayed with my friend for 4 nights and the older gentleman working the night shifts was one of the nicest people i have met in my booking stays. He was quick to assist, always in a good mood and ready to chat even after a long night shift!

Dirty room, old bed mattress and squeaky metal bed frame. Common restroom and shower are dirty, locks are falling loose and falling.

Room was a good size and comfortable. Good value for money

Bit noisy in the evening being so close to the reception and patio. No mirrors in the room
