The Felix 10

My friends and I took over all nine rooms of the Felix 10 Hotel in May of 2025 to celebrate a special anniversary. All of the rooms were spacious, stylish, clean and had everything one needed for an enjoyable stay. Felix 10 team accommodated our early arrivals by getting their rooms ready first - one of many thoughtful gestures during our stay. The breakfast in the hotel courtyard was a great way to start each day - with fresh fruit, a bread basket, cheese and eggs made to order. Luis and his team took great care of us during our stay - responding to every request and going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. One of many examples is that we asked if there was a way to get a guitar to enjoy some singing in the evening on the hotel’s beautiful rooftop, and Luis borrowed one from his musician friends within a few hours. Every single guest loved the hotel and are looking forward to coming back again.

Loved it! A bit dark inside the actual hotel but the room was perfect for a girls trip. We did the family suite with two bedrooms. The suite was super spacious. We loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of everything but a quick walk to coffee etc.

Magnificent !! Everything was first class, the room, the bed and the breakfast. Would definitely stay here when we visit Lisbon again.

this boutique hotel was a dream. The owners are so accommodating, and they really catered my stay. I was here during the power outage and the took amazing care of us, they made lunch and dinner, lit candles everywhere and tried to do whatever they could for us. I felt incredibly lucky to be staying here during this time. I highly recommend. My room was also beautiful and really clean.

We stayed at The Felix 10 for one night in April and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended! I will definitely be coming back on my next visit.
