Quiet location, awesome hospitality, comfortable bed, beautiful room! Staff were so willing to help with luggage, going the extra mile!

Visible mold (black) and mildew (pink) on all the lower shower tiles, broken handle on the shower hose, very slippery shower floor.

From marketing materials it looked fabulous, we are well seasoned travellers,

Breakfast was an extra charge at this pricing point you would expect a fabulous start to the day , not here fist morning we thought ok , big mistake exceedingly average to poor , a courtyard not looking loved and a staff member with little idea of customer service should have been enough to leave ! There was no fridge in my room , daily water is an extra charge , plus each room is provided only with one towel After staying in 23 boutique hotels in Europe this trip this one was the least impressive
