Lx Design Apartment near Congress Center

The location. 5 minutes walk to the congress centre. Tram stop 10 metres from the door and many local shops.

The slow water drainage in the shower. 2 days of renovation drilling next door (not Mandy and Yu fault),was very loud and send debris and dust into the courtyard area and into my clean washing out hanging. No clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

The bedroom balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly (several cm wide crack remained open) this is more than annoying since the trams, the bridge and planes outside are very loud. The same was already mentioned in a review about a year ago and had apparently not been fixed within a year.

V tomto ubytování bylo vše, co člověk potřebuje. Trochu jsem se obávala hluku, který majitelé zmiňují, ale okna jsou nová a těsní a není tedy v noci nejmenší problém. Byli jsme na kongresu a poloha bydlení byla skvělá - 5 minut pěšky. Ani do centra to není daleko a velmi pohodlně a levně se cestuje taxíky, které nezradí ani při stávce dopravců. Ubytování vřele doporučuji.

Good location for access to the conference centre. Clean. Facilities

Smelled of damp. Noisy It is very difficult to get access (code pad entered temperamental, key in lock box misding) Street outside had a lot of litter, with a lsrge pile of rubbish directly opposite appartment. The hosts did not respond to any of our multiple requests for assistance with the door access problem.. They politely say they will look into it, but do nothing.

L'appartement est bien situé géographiquement, propre et relativement fonctionnel. Les informations délivrées (à distance) par le propriétaire au sujet du logement et de l'environnement sont utiles et claires

Plusieurs défauts nous ont vraiment gênés : - les photos du logement sont un peu trompeuses : l'appartement est très petit, et nous n'avions pas de terrasse avec vue sur le pont (et plus largement, pas de terrasse du tout ; simplement un mini balcon à l'arrière, inaccessible à cause d'une porte fenêtre défectueuse qui ne s'ouvrait pas) - logement 3.0 : aucun contact réel avec le propriétaire ; tout se fait à distance. Messages efficaces mais impersonnels - aucune armoire pour ranger les vêtements et les valises ; - une seule table de nuit dans la chambre avec lit double

위치가 너무 좋음. 리스본에서 이런 가성비 좋은 숙소는 없을듯 합니다. 볼트타고 다니기 아주 좋음

배수구가 잘 안빠지는듯해요. 약간 반지하느낌

The balcony was one of the best features. The main bedroom was very large and the common area was also large.

The main bedroom, although large, had no dresser for clothes or no chair to sit in. The balcony had only two small chairs and a small table. Both were in poor condition.
