Pěkná lokalita s dopravou přímo do centra. Na nábřeží v dochází vzdálenosti. XL Faktory nedaleko, kde jsou pěkné restaurace a kavárny. Komunikace s majitelem byla výborná.

Pro více lidí je byt spíše menší.

Centrally located, clean, has all the necessary home facilities/supplies, close to Lx factory, family staff with good recommendations re, restaurants etc

Being on the third floor, which is the biggest units, and no elevator
