Acqua calda completamente mancante la mattina. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura, senza avere risposta. L' aspiratore del bagno rimane bloccato. Camera vicino al portone che viene sbattuto in continuazione

Die zentrale Lage, das bequeme Bett, moderne Einrichtung, Willkommendgruss. Kommunikation vorab.

Da es sich da um ein altes Haus handelt (Zimmer schön und praktisch renoviert) fehlt der Lift. Unser Zimmer war im 2ten Stock und dies war beim buchen sehr gut ersichtlich. Ich habe ein Knieproblem und hätte einen Lift geschätzt.

struttura pulita e accogliente, sta in bel punto dei portici, finestra piena di sole, bel bagno, molto tranquillo

molte scale scomode (io ero al piano più alto) soprattutto per i bagagli e frigobar vuoto e mal funzionante. E la colazione in struttura è sempre meglio.

"Comoda, pulita e curata,"

Camera pulita, molto curata. A disposizione c’era tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono molto disponibili. La posizione è centrale e strategica, molto vicina alle terme di Merano che si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi.

É stato tutto super, l’unico aspetto che potrei commentare è la poca insonorizzazione delle stanze.
