"Une catastrophe, un scam!"

Pas de lumières des le portail, logement situé au 4e etage sans ascenseur, pas de lumière pour s y rendre. Aucun concierge pour aider avec les bagages, le contact client, Mme Caroline ne répondait pas au téléphone quand on a appelé pour se faire aider. Elle a aussi ete désagréable et tres agressive quand nous lui avons fait part de notre ressenti à notre arrivée.
