upon arrival at property, no one there .. kept calling the owner but not reachable.. had to call Booking.com to complain.. a day after the owner reply my msg @ measenger.. giving his reasons for not able to accept my call.. make it short.. once you (owner) had advertised his property in such apps like Booking.com, the commitment he or they should face is bigger than saying his phone was out of battery.. need for changes to improve better service.. pity to customer after long journey to get rest..😢

I like the privacy and the quietness during the night you can hear the sound of the waves. Very insta worth especially early morning.Very cute little cottage by the beach away from the city There are rooms for improvement for the room amenities or else its such a pity because i like my stay but cant feel the same about the room. Plus point the owner is very friendly during phone call

1. Cleanliness of the room need to be improved. When we arrived the fridge was off, yes i get it we need to saved the electricity however, upon checking the fridge was a bit mouldy and when i check the water tray under the freezer compartment,i can see the water already cloudy and stinks. I need to wipe and clean the fridge with wet tissue that i bought myself. Also noticed the floor mat and the living room mat a bit wear off already.The green polkadot mat need to be wash please. The chair at the porch cant be used as it already tear here and there.Bedsheet also a bit stained here and there 2. Maybe the owner can invest for a pest contoller light/mosquitos cather and set it up outside as we cant even hang out at the porch because of the mosquitos and that tiny flies/bees lingering outside of the sliding door 3. Ventilation of room can be improved as one side of the room is cold (bedside) and the sofa area is so hot even with the aircond and fan 4. Safety and privacy of the guest.Here i want to give feedback about the staff that managing the chalet. Saw him hanging outside nearer to the chalet area shirtless few time one before we left to get some food and another time after we came back. He is walking around shirtless which make us the guest a bit uncomfortable.He should stay away from the guest area especially during those peak time when we just want to hang out at the porch and give some privacy to the guest, especially woman 5.Toilet is spacious but a bit dangerous as the tiles not suitable for toilet/slippery and there are no partician in the toilet so when we take shower, the sink area also will be wet which is so inconvenient 6. Room amenities need to be improved, especially the ironing board so poorly maintained.They provide water kettle but can see the housekeeper didnt clean the room properly after guest checkout. 7.

No WiFi. Have to get food from either Dungun town or along the beach road before going back to the house as there are no food stall nearby.

The environment, Clealiness. Very peaceful and relax. Can have own space and privacy because everyone have their own houses
