We travelled from Pretoria , arrived at the residence 15 minutes before check in , tir d and exhausted.disappointed we were not allowed access until 14h00

The Host is so lovely and friendly😊 everything was perfect and quiet and I got a room upgrade which was decorated so beautifully. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for breakfast but I'm sure it would've been delicious. I slept so nice and woke up refreshed that bed was so comfortable, the shower was relaxing and worked properly. The pool was blue to. The property is decorated nice and it's clean, safe and welcoming. I only stayed one night but I'd definitely come back again to The Villa for a longer stay the location is perfect.😃👍🏽 Thank you so much!

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff were incredibly warm and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went the extra mile by preparing our room for a special surprise I had arranged with an external company, which meant a lot to us. The surroundings were beautiful, and peaceful — exactly what we were looking for. The property felt very clean and safe at all times. My daughter especially loved the pool, which was a highlight for her. Breakfast was absolutely superb, with great quality and variety. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness on our departure — we had to check out very early on Sunday, and the staff kindly packed breakfast for us to enjoy at the airport while waiting for our flight. That level of care is rare and something we haven’t experienced at other villas. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and we would definitely return.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the bathroom window handles, which couldn’t close properly at night. However, it wasn’t a major concern and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
