Cleanliness of the room was absolutely terrible, cobwebs all over the windows, bedsheets were definitely not clean which caused a tremendously bad acne breakout on my face. Staff were not welcoming nor helpful, they would avert their eyes and play their games at the reception area, very rude. Breakfast was not all you can eat as stated and it tasted like broke college student food. Utensils were dirty and some were even rusting. The hot water for drinking had an awful odour smell coming off it. The shower's hot water was difficult to adjust and the temperature was not consistent. Absolutely not worth what I paid for.

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to the bus terminal.

Good breakfast every morning. Fresh tasty and different each day. Central to skiing shops and plenty of choice to eat out or use the lodge to self catering. Firm comfortable beds. Well heated throughout the entire lodge. We could relax downstairs on the heated floor in T-shirts

Breakfast was meh and the internet was near unusable

The family room is relatively big, with its own living room, bathroom, and toilet. The beds are very comfortable.

1. Since it's winter and snowed heavily these days, the parking lot is covered with heavy snow, and our car even almost got stuck in snow when turning into the parking lot (it's a four-wheel-drive SUV). It's just very inconvenient. 2. The faucet in the room is broken. Though we still can use it, the lever just kept falling down. 3. There are insects in the room; maybe it's because the room is warm. 4. The breakfast tastes bad. 5. The kettle is dirty inside. Why do I know it? Because when I wanted to get some hot water at 8pm, it's empty. It means the staff failed to refill it before they left work. So, I had to refill by myself for everyone. 6. There is no hairdryer in the room. I try to look for it in the common shower room, but there is no hairdryer either. And I tried to call someone for help, no one picked up the phone.

Couldnt fault the staff, they were helpful, friendly, made me and my two young kids feel like we were at home. Our room was wicked, spacious, clean and we had no issues with the shared onsen bathhouse. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Only a short 5min walk to Tokyu hotel to catch a free shuttle bus to the slopes. Perfect stay

Close to the ski lift.

They forgot to pick us up from bus station and we kept calling them but didn’t pick the phone up for a long time. Sharing bath/ shower room was very dirty. The bedroom was too hot. They said there is nothing they can do about it. So we had to sleep with windows wide open in the middle of winter. There was not Japanese speaking staff.
