Tuvimos un problema de pérdida de un objeto. Pedimos que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad. Dieron acuse de recibo de la petición, pero nunca nos informaron del resultado.

The room was nice and spacious. A lot of amenities.

I did not realize the hotel was only managed by one person. I dont speak the local language and the staff member did not speak good english. This led to miscommunication on several occasions. I also did not like the lack of typical hotel facilities, such as a check in desk. I needed a taxi in the morning, suitable for a toddler. When I researched options prior to my stay, it advised that most hotels would be able to order these kind of taxis. This was not the case, as there was only the private host. and I ended up stranded for almost an hour in the heat, trying to find a suitable taxi.

Room and bathroom were clean and there were many options for breakfast

Be mindful of the location. It is close to Valetta and the bus stops are really close to the accomodation, but the area tends to get a bit shady especially at night so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to female solo travellers
