CasaBiondani Lazise

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentrumsnah gelegen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten war man mitten in der alten Innenstadt von Lazise. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber.

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Lazise und hatten noch nie so eine tolle Unterkunft. Direkt an der Stadtmauer (Hauptstrasse) mit Parkplatz!!! Man bekommt einen Schlüssel für die Schranke, und kann ohne Probleme auch mit großen Autos im Schatten parken. Parkplatz hinter der ersten Häuserreihe (man sieht ihn von der Straße aus nicht) Unterkunft 10 mtr daneben. Gesicherte Tore und Haustür mit Schlüssel. Großer schattiger Garten. Gehört aber den Besitzern die im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Die zwei Doppelzimmer liegen im 1. Stock. Giovanni wohnt im Dachgeschoss. Aufzug vorhanden. Wir haben zwei DZ gebucht, somit hätten wir die ganze Wohneinheit für uns alleine. Schlafzimmer sind absperrbar. Wunderschön renoviert. Der alte Holzboden und die Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt. Zwei Bäder, Küche (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine) und ein kleiner Balkon. Giovanni ist mit der herzlichste Gastgeber den wir je hatten. Spricht auch sehr gutes Deutsch. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag ein Frühstück wünschen. Gekochte Eier, Schinken, Salami, Käse, Brot, Semmeln, O- Saft, Früchte, Müsli, Aufstriche, Milch usw... Giovanni hat sogar für die Kinder Erdbeer Snacks als Lunchpaket gepackt. Einmal hat uns Giovanni unsere Strandtücher in seinen privaten Trockner geworfen, damit sie am nächsten Tag schön kuschelig weich sind. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Geputzt, Betten gemacht, Frühstückstisch gedeckt. Wir waren tagsüber auf Ausflügen. Abends heim, geduscht, zweimal umgefallen und schon steht man mitten in der Altstadt von Lazise 🤩 Eigentlich dürfte man diesen Geheimtipp gar nicht verraten 😁 Wir werden auf alle Fälle nur noch bei Giovanni buchen. Gibt für uns keine bessere Unterkunft in Lazise 💚 Danke Giovanni, bis nächstes Jahr.

Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, direkt an der Stadtmauer von Lazise. Hinter einer Schranke liegt direkt am Haus der Parkplatz, welcher inkludiert ist. Giovanni als Gastgeber hat alleine 20* verdient. Er zauberte uns jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück mit immer wieder neuen italienischen kulinarischen Überraschungen. Auch hat er uns mit vielen Tipps zur Gegend versorgt. Wir kommen sicher wieder lieber Giovanni!

An Unforgettable Stay at a Charming Italian Villa From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into this charming Italian townhouse, beautifully situated at the gateway of Lazise. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and full of authentic charm. The accommodation was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast featuring a variety of local specialties, lovingly prepared by Giovanni. The care he puts into every dish truly set the tone for our days. Adding a special touch were the fresh flowers from Paolo, which brought even more life and beauty to this already enchanting place. This stay was more than just a getaway — it was an experience filled with warmth, elegance, and genuine Italian hospitality. We will never forget it, and we can’t wait to return!

We spent a wonderful five days at CasaBiondani in July this year. Giovanni was the most excellent host, going above and beyond in so many ways. From my first correspondence with him when booking last year through to the time we left Lake Garda to catch our flight home, communication was excellent. The breakfasts provided significantly exceeded our expectations with a wonderful array of meats, fruits, bread, pastries, yoghurts, cereals and juice. Giovanni also assisted us when planning various travel arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble! The cleanliness of the property was excellent. If we are ever able to visit the beautiful town of Lazise in the future, we will definitely return to CasaBiodani. Thankyou for the most memorable of stays.

Top location, really nice old style vintage room, bathroom is outside the room, but It's private. On the floor you only have another room with their private bathroom.. Giovani is really nice and funny, we had good conversations, he gave us really good tipps! Fresh pastries for breakfast :)

Everything was fine

Fantastic host Giovanni, who was extremely nicely taking care of us.

Everything was great. The pictures in the booking fully corresponded to the room we rented. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There were capsules left for coffee, tea, mineral water and the like at our disposal throughout the day. The location of the apartment, right next to the gates of the old town. The fact that the bathroom was separate/not in the room/ was not a problem at all as it was only for us to use, and was stocked with everything we needed, even self packed slippers for each of us. Next, it was very clean, and the apartment and bathroom were well heated. And for the host, Giovanni, we have no words. We have never met a kinder and more responsive host. He went out of his way, gave us valuable tips on places to eat and visit, and was always there to help with the slightest problem. We will visit it again, if possible! Thank you!!!
