- really nice hosts - lovely old mansion, in good shape - excellent breakfast, freshly made, fresh fruit - comfy bed - direct access to cost path - nice view

- a bit biased since it was the most expensive accomodation on our whole trip (11 nights) when booking I didn't realize, that it was already off-season....but I guess that's on me and my own information and expectation management. - not much to do in the evening as alsmost everything closes at 4, 6 or 8

Fabulous bed and breakfast, hosts were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely rooms. comfy and cosy. Breakfast was 5*, plentiful and of great quality. We loved our pots of tea! Peaceful location. Highly recommended and will visit again without hesitation. Parking right outside....Thank you!!

I had a great experience, the owners were very lovely and with nice tips on my way to Cornwalls. Breakfast was very good and I was lucky to have the bathroom to myself as it was not peak period. The best location to stay if you want to spend some time on the coastal path to discover Kynance cove.

Cosy and characterful place in Lizard village. Very well situated for access to the coast path and also for access to shops, cafes and pubs in the village. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and there were very good breakfast options on offer in the morning. All in all it was pretty much what you hope to find in a really good B&B.

Nothing to criticise,

Our hosts were very helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. They even hoisted the Swedish flag whilst we were there! We had fantastic views of the ocean from our tripple room. Clean, fresh and cozy. Just like home from home. Perfectly situated for a quick walk to the beach and getting straight on to the SW Coast path.
