Desayuno demasiado básico, mejor no ofrecer el mismo.

The family room number 1 was completely uninhabitable. The beds were very uncomfortable, the “air conditioning” was just two fans, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The worst issue was the strong smell of dampness coming from the bathroom ceiling, which was covered in black mold. There is clearly a serious humidity problem. Thus, we couldn’t stay, since I have young children and I wasn’t going to allow them to sleep in such conditions, as it could make them sick. Then, I had to cancel the reservation the same day and had to move to another hotel. To this day I have not received any response. Booking has not provided a solution either, since they require a reply from the host.

Era horrível , não tinha as mínimas condições, um cheiro a mofo , humidade tremenda , acordamos com a garganta horrível , a doer .. sujo , velho , a cair de podre . Por favor não venham a este sítio . Pedimos o livro de reclamações, apresentaram nos um livro que pertencia a outro estabelecimento.

Limpeza.

Falta de guarda fatos no quarto. Sem ar condicionado.

La personne qui nous a accueillis ne parlait qu en portugais et personne n'a répondu à mes mails. De plus il est marqué qu'il y a la clim mais c'est faux !
