Ocean view, spacious room and bathroom

Far too expensive for the filth and lack of quality. No hot water, no A/C. The mattress is so soft that it feels like falling in a hole. The room is hot, but the fan is so noisy that we had to switch it off to be able to sleep. The sofa is a thin mattrass type in a dirty protective cover. Dirty mats on the floor. This is a de luxe room for 2 but there was 1 small bottle of water, and 1 glass. The walls are molded, windows are dirty, it was difficult to get daylight inside the room. One light was flashing on and off, and we were shown to use the other lights: no way the man in charge was going to replace the bulb. Towels were not clean. In the lounge, the beautiful bamboo seats were covered with molded cushions. The glass dining table lay under a layer of dirt. Although people used the pool, the water had turned green from a lack of chemicals, so that we certainly couldn't use it. What was once a beautiful villa suffers now from a lack of love and care.
